We are closed for Training purposes on every
2nd Wednesday of the month from 1.00pm until
Thursday at 8.00am
PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR August 2020 ONLY THE SURGERY WILL BE CLOSED ON Thursday 6th August 2020 at 1:00pm and reopen on Friday 7th August 2020 at 8:00am
We are also closed weekends and for all Bank Holidays
If you require urgent medical assistance that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please hang up and call 1-1-1. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.
If you have a life-threatening medical emergency please dial 999
The Surgery will be open again from 8 o'clock in the morning, the next usual working day.
There is no longer the option to divert call directly to the 111 service, this is for patient safety reasons.
Urgent Care Centre Incorporating the Walk-in-Centre.
This service can deal with problems such as strains and sprains, bites and stings, muscle and joint injuries, contraceptive advice and emergency contraception, skin complaints, stomach upsets and coughs and flu like symptoms. The centre is situated in the new Oldham Integrated Care Centre next to the bus station in Oldham Town Centre.

Pharmacy First
You do not have to see your doctor about minor ailments and illnesses. your pharmacist is trained to treat conditions such as stomach upsets, coughs, colds, sore throat, and eye infections (see your local pharmacy for more information.
Your medicine will be given to you free of charge if you do not pay for prescriptions.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
